As many of you know, I moved to a new home late last year, which has taken up a lot of my time.\u00a0 This, coupled with recent events affecting global trade\/production, and now the Corona virus (I work in essential services, which means I am on-call 24\/7, and working mandatory overtime) have introduced longer than normal waits in production for virtually all of my tools and designs.<\/p>\n

Ironically the first shipment in six months arrived today of all days, and I am doing my best to get through it<\/em>.\u00a0 Anyone who’s order is complete and ready to ship will be notified as soon as I have the time to do so.\u00a0 If you have not been contacted, please do not email me, your order is not in the shipment I received.<\/p>\n

Lately I have received a large number of inquiries, to the point that I simply cannot and will not continue replying to the same inquiries over and over again, as it’s starting to impact my job.\u00a0 With that in mind, I would appreciate it if you could understand the following before contacting me:<\/p>\n

  1. I am a hobbyist tool designer, and this is a hobby ‘business’ I run, because I enjoy producing things, and helping to fill gaps in the reloading\/casting community.<\/li>\n
  2. My tools are manufactured by a factory in small lots in-between larger jobs, because it is the only cost-effective way to produce them.\u00a0 As such, my jobs are not a high priority for them.<\/li>\n
  3. If you<\/em> have been waiting a long time for an update, it is because I also<\/em> have been waiting a long time for an update.<\/li>\n
  4. If you are interested in ordering something listed as ‘Backorder’, it means I do not have it in stock<\/strong>, and I do not know when it will be in stock<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. If you have placed an order\/pre-order for an item listed as ‘Backorder’, it means I do not have it in stock<\/strong>, and I do not know when it will be in stock<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. The site will continue to be updated whenever new stock arrives.\u00a0 If it still shows as ‘Backorder’, it’s still on backorder.<\/li>\n
  7. Shipping\/border services are being affected by the Corona virus; If your order has shipped and you would like to know where it is– please visit http:\/\/www.canadapost.ca<\/a> and use the tracking number you were provided (if you chose a tracked service).\u00a0 If you did not choose a tracked service, then there is no tracking information<\/em> \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n
  8. If you are at all dissatisfied with any of this, and would like to cancel\/receive a refund for your order and forfeit your place on the wait list (if applicable); by all means please contact me with your order number and payment method and I will be happy to do so as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
