Please note, as per U.S. Executive Order 14324, the United States now requires all international shippers to calculate and collect duties on any goods being sent to the US in advance of shipment.\u00a0 Currently, the tariff being assessed on Canadian goods is 35%.\u00a0 Canada Post has partnered with Zonos Prepay to facilitate these transfers.\u00a0 Unfortunately, Zonos is charging 10% of the duties collected, plus an additional service charge for each transaction– totalling approximately 5% overall.<\/p>\n
Beginning this evening, all sales to the US will now include a line item for the 35% tariff required by the US government, as well as the 5% service charge mentioned above for Zonos Prepay services.<\/p>\n
To my American customers; the United States has been a valued ally and trade partner of this country for as long as I can remember.\u00a0 My girlfriend is a US\/Canada dual citizen, many of my friends are Americans, and some of my fondest memories are of time spent in the US.\u00a0 Believe me when I say this recent turn of events is every bit as frustrating for me as it is for you.\u00a0 I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these changes will cause, and I look forward to serving your reloading needs in the future.<\/p>\n
For all other international customers outside the United States; sales\/shipments continue normally.<\/p>\n
